Step 1: Click the appropriate button below to complete and submit your application online. Use the General MCR Application to apply for residency at any MCR property other than Sierra Apartments. Click General Application to download and complete the application by hand. Use the Sierra MCR Application to apply for residency at Sierra Apartments. Step 2: Complete one application for each person 18+ (along with all other requested information) who will reside at the property.
Step 3: After completing the online application, mail or deliver copies of Driver’s License or ID Card, proof of income, and any other means of information verification to the following address. Required Deposits and Fees
- After application approval and prior to move-in, renters are required to pay a security deposit (usually one month’s rent) in addition to the first month’s rent prior to move-in. Renters may also be required to pay their last month’s rent in advance.
- Pet owners must pay an additional security deposit and/or nonrefundable pet fee ranging from $100 to $500 for each dog or cat. MCR must also be notified of any other pets that you have or intend to have in the property.
